Excellent care. The staff treated my dad with dignity. Always felt welcome. Great range of activities available for the residents.

Both my parents received excellent care there. They had very different needs but they were all met. When my parents were well enough they were included in various activities. They organised a lovely party for my mother’s birthday and another for their 70th wedding anniversary. They worked very closely with the hospice and palliative care nurse to ensure painless and dignified deaths.

I do think there are slight improvements needed here and there.
Most of the staff are very caring and helpful and always make you feel welcome.

I have come in for 4 weeks of respite. I have found it very good for my needs. The staff are really good. They are very friendly and look after me really well. It’s been like a new lease of life for me, meeting and talking to different people. At home, I’m stuck in bed but here I can get out in the gardens, I have some me time. I am hoping to become a full-time resident soon.
