Job Description

We are looking for caring, motivated individuals to support a small group of people with mental health needs. This role suits someone who finds real satisfaction in helping others achieve everyday goals and values honest, face-to-face communication. Flexibility is important, as is being trustworthy—an enhanced DBS check is compulsory. Duties include general cleaning, some cooking, and accompanying individuals in the local community for shopping, medical appointments, or leisure activities. The role involves shift work, including some weekends. While previous care experience is an advantage, it’s not essential—we welcome applications from anyone aged 18 or over.
