Job Description

We are currently seeking both full-time and part-time Support Workers to join our friendly and dedicated team. Our service is an 8-bedroom home located in the heart of Southbourne, supporting adults with learning disabilities in a warm and person-centred environment. The role involves providing personal care and daily living support, as well as accompanying residents to activities and appointments using the home’s transport—so a full UK driving licence is preferred. Shift patterns include alternate weekends, with occasional sleep-in and waking night cover to support during holidays and staff absences.
