We recently took the difficult decision to move our father into a care home and had no idea how to go about it. The manager and the rest of the team have been absolutely wonderful. They always make time to talk to you, and their knowledge is very reassuring. The nurses have a wonderful way with my father, and he has grown very fond of them. The home itself is very smart, luxurious and, more importantly, very clean.
Moving a parent into care is a very hard thing to do, but the staff and especially one lady who has provided wonderful support, and I really can’t thank them enough.

Since moving to Beulah Vista in October, due to deteriorating health conditions, my mother has received excellent nursing care – the staff really do go over and above in their level of attention and kindness. Understandably, Mum was very upset to leave her treasured home, however, all the staff have welcomed her and taken time to make her feel as comfortable as possible. The home is immaculate and so well managed, it is so comforting to know she has such excellent provision at this stage of her life.

I would like to thank Beulah Vista Care Home in so many ways for the fantastic experience I had when I was in respite care. I came from there a different person and would have loved to stay longer. I really enjoyed everything that went on. Everything was very well managed and it was a tremendous experience. Everything at Beulah Vista was superb – accommodation, entertainment and the company in the dining room and lounge was excellent and plentiful. I would never have doubts about returning. It gets 10 out of 10!

It was complete luck to find Beulah Vista Care Home on a google search. When we first walked through the doors to the beautiful reception and lounge area we were very impressed! More like a hotel than the usual care home setting. The staff were all so very welcoming and could not do enough to make Mum feel comfortable, with a choice of bedroom which was altered to accommodate her. It is not an easy decision to have to move a relative from their own home to a care home but we knew Beulah Vista was the right choice. The last few months have proved the staff to be exceptionally caring and considerate. Mum’s dementia means she is often unsettled but we are kept informed on a regular basis. Various activities are on offer to keep residents entertained and the food is a very good standard. The only improvement would be if there was a minibus to take residents out although I understand this may be something that is being considered.

Beulah Vista has achieved the perfect mix of great staff and facilities, resulting in the delivery of great care that is personalised to the needs of the individual residents.
It is a calm, exceptionally clean place and a real pleasure to visit.
Best of all is the commitment of the manager and team to canvass opinions from visitors in order to maintain the high standard already set.
I am very impressed with every aspect of Beulah Vista.
