My mother has been in Branksome Heights now for more than two years and couldn’t be happier.
The staff are friendly and clearly interact in a positive way with the residents, almost becoming friends. They are also extremely welcoming to visitors and nothing is too much trouble.
Mum’s needs are well catered for and we have every confidence in the way she is looked after.

Mum has been a resident at Branksome Heights for over 18 months. In the time Mum has been there she has perked up tremendously. She seems really happy and engages well with the staff. I like the continuity of carers which helps as mum has Alzheimer’s but does recognise her regular carers. There are several activities every day, Mum doesn’t always join in but she watches everything going on around her. It is extremely clean and the bedrooms are spacious with good-sized en-suite bathrooms. There is regular communication by way of a weekly activity update and newsletters. There are regular relatives meetings that I can’t always attend but I always feel welcome to pop in for a chat with the manager. I have got to know a lot of staff now both at carer level and management, they seem happy in their jobs and this translates into a good experience for mum. I would and have recommended Branksome Heights to others.

First of all, I would like to say how very impressed I am by the manager and her team who respect each resident and show and give the utmost care.
My mother-in-law has been in Branksome Heights for just over the past two years. She is always clean and well cared for. The staff are always very welcoming and are extremely efficient. They listen to our concerns and are available to offer advice when needed. The surroundings are very clean and also pleasant. The food is varied and nicely prepared with lots of homemade, cake, and fresh fruit daily. There is a dedicated activities team and a full programme of weekly events.
We are happy that we chose Branksome Heights.

We looked no further for a home for my mother-in-law after visiting Branksome Heights. There is a warm family atmosphere as soon as you walk in.
As a family, we were safe in the knowledge that Mum not only was having all her care needs met but, also that the care was delivered with love and dignity.
There are many activities suitable for all residents and the staff encourage all to engage.
Mum often said that it was like being in a really posh hotel.
The staff are all amazing people. They are all wonderful with the residents and make them all feel so special
Although Mum is no longer with us we still feel part of the Branksome Heights family.
I can not thank them enough.

My mother became a resident of Branksome Heights Care Home in August 2021. After visiting several homes in the area it was apparent that Branksome Heights was by far the best option. She is very well looked after and treated with great dignity and care.
Staff in the home work very hard to maintain the high standards of cleanliness which is apparent from the moment you enter the building. We are always greeted with a smile at reception and coffee and cakes are always available for visitors.
A full programme of activities are provided on a daily basis for residents. The food and menu choices are varied and are of high quality and always look appetising.
The manager of the home is very approachable and has monthly ‘drop-in’ meetings with relatives if required. Monthly coffee mornings are also held for residents’ relatives to attend if they so wish. I feel very lucky to have my mother living at Branksome Heights and cannot recommend it highly enough.
