Located in Chilwell near Beeston, Nottingham, Family-run Chetwynd House offers a luxurious award-winning service with the highest quality of care. Residents are tended to and cared for by our ‘adept’ team, with their dignity, independence, and happiness as the cornerstone of our care.
The home comprises five separate care suites for individual and small community living, each with its own beautifully decorated and furnished lounge, dining facilities and lifestyle kitchen. Our team are experienced, skilled, passionate, caring, and completely dedicated to the happiness and wellbeing of our residents who are encouraged to live life as they choose with an extensive social calendar that is packed with meaningful activities, clubs, trips out and regular entertainment for all.
Our residents and team have been vaccinated against Covid-19 and Chetwynd House makes every effort to remain Covid-Free.

New manager has resulted in a great improvement. Mother is happier, as the manager is attentive and friendly like the rest of the staff.
In the past, support was slow coming at busy times, e.g. breakfast and bedtimes, this has improved recently.
Group physical activities are popular, but not done every day, although activities are done with individuals as well.

My sister has been here since May 2023. Her care has been excellent. I cannot praise the home enough. They are all lovely, polite and caring to both my sister and us (her sisters). The entertainment that is provided is fabulous.

I’ve just spent sixteen nights in the Chetwynd House and I found it to be very welcoming, safe and very caring with staff and residents. If there is a time when I would be able to come back as a respite, I know I would be welcomed.

Staff at Chetwynd House Care Home are kind and helpful every time I speak to them or visit. The home has a welcoming atmosphere with a bright and attractive reception area. Staff genuinely care and appear happy in their work. Many stay in their roles which is reassuring and gives continuity. Dad has been looked after with dedication for two years. I’d like to thank the staff for doing such a tough job so cheerfully. Dad is peaceful and happy at Chetwynd.

I really appreciate everything you do and have done for my mum. Chetwynd House is a super place filled with genuinely caring staff and we have built up fantastic relationships with you all, especially certain individuals. You are always there at the end of the phone or in person. It’s going to be a shame when my mum leaves as she has done so well physically and emotionally since arriving (despite her moaning) Thank you for everything. You are the best.
