Integral Care was founded in 2015. We are a domiciliary care provider supporting people living in Northampton, Coventry, Rugby and Warwickshire.

In 2017, we were awarded "Good" in our CQC report, which is a testament to the hard work of our fantastic team who work hard every day to provide the best care possible.

Overall, the treatment and management of my late husband’s care was very good. The proof from Integral Care Solutions Ltd being the main factor that, he was given 24/48 hours to live in June 2022 and their care and dedication enabled him to be with us for an extra year.

My son has been receiving care from his male keyworker since October 2022 – it has been exceptional. His desire to really get to know my severely disabled, non-verbal son os testimony to his genuinely caring nature, always keen to ask questions to learn more, writing notes and even taking pictures of his daily snacks to remember exactly what he likes. His male keyworker has really become part of our family and my son’s ‘best friend’, going above and beyond just ‘caring’ for him. His other female keyworker is also amazing with my son and often helps with other jobs to help me and make my life easier. Truly the highest praise for both carers.

I would recommend Integral Care Solutions to anyone who is needing home care. The staff are very good and care about your well-being as well as who they are looking after. They are true carers. I want to thank each and every one of them. The are all lovely.

Management swung from very caring to non-committal. Staff were foreign, apart from three trainers. English was often difficult to understand. Sometimes staff appeared not to have enough training and/or were not confident.
On the whole, they were kind and considerate.
