Mum moved in late in October, and I have seen an amazing improvement in her. She is made so at home and involved in day-to-day things, which is what she needs.
A big thank you to all the staff for looking after our mum and making all our family welcome and totally at ease.

The care home is exactly that! The love and “care” the staff give my mum is above and beyond.
The staff are always walking in, chatting to Mum or checking if she wants anything. Her room is always clean and well-maintained.
The food looks gorgeous, and Mum especially enjoys breakfast.
All in all, Mum wouldn’t be with us now if it wasn’t for the “care” she gets at Middleton Park.
    Thank you!

All the staff and management are very caring and extremely hard-working under difficult conditions. The rooms are very clean and tidy, and the facilities are adequate. The only criticism I would have is the standard of the food, which the standard has dropped in the last few years.
That said, I’m satisfied with the care my mam receives and am grateful for all your hard work and patience.

Since mum moved into Middleton Park Lodge she has been treated with respect and dignity. The staff have been amazing with her and the family during this difficult time of adjustment. I would recommend the home to friends and family and thank everyone for their help and support.

My father was in poor physical and mental health when he became a resident in June 2020. He has been well cared for after a hard struggle with his mobility and low mood. My father, unfortunately, suffered a mini-stroke in November which affected his speech. The staff stepped up his care and have done everything to make Dad comfortable and enable him to recover. Dad refused any treatment so staff have cared for him while retaining Dad’s independence.
