Our care and support staff all live locally in and around Leeds and Yorkshire, our services aim to meet each client’s specific needs, whether our services are needed for a short term or long term solution. The whole team at YHHA have a genuine desire to improve the lives of those we care for with compassion and kindness. With a holistic approach, we aim to make a true impact on the overall quality of life for the people we provide services to, be that locally or across Yorkshire and Humber.

The diligence the carers take in making sure every aspect of the visit is done with as much dignity and respect, from personal care to tidying the house before leaving us second to none. Since the move to two separate areas, the timings have improved immensely. The only quibble is that people disappear without any warning, move to another area or leave. No chance to say goodbye. Staff overall do an excellent job.

Very good, the ladies are helpful an kind. The ladies come every morning and never fail. One lady comes every week to clean and she is very thorough.
