Roles & Responsibilities:

• Carers and Support Workers: Assist clients with daily activities, such as personal care, meal preparation, medication management, and light housekeeping. Support clients in accessing the community, including shopping and attending appointments.
• Live-In Assistants: Provide comprehensive, round-the-clock support to clients in their homes. Responsibilities include all aspects of care, ensuring clients’ comfort and wellbeing, and facilitating independence wherever possible.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and their families.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends, tailored to the needs of our clients.
• Previous experience in a care setting is advantageous but not essential; we provide full training for all new staff.
